POSITION 1 : SAN ADMINISTRATORS TOP
 
Position : SAN Adminstrator
Experience : Minimum 1 yr experience in administrating SANs. Mandatory 2 yrs Solaris Administration experience
(minimum ).
Description of role : Installation, configuration, management, upgrading and monitoring of EMC Symmetrix arrays, HDS Thunder arrays, EMC Clariion arrays, Brocade Switches, CNT Edge Routers, Emulex and JNI HBAs in a tightly controlled Production Data Center Environment.
Familiarity with Enterprise tools such as Remedy and Netcool is a positive.
 
 
POSITION 2:    UNIX SYSETM ADMINISTRATOR TOP
 
Administration:

Provide comprehensive Unix systems administration and troubleshooting support for a variety of SUN Solaris environments.
 
Projects: Work on multiple projects simultaneously and support a broad user base; interface with customers in order to resolve technical system, application, and end user problems.
Coverage: UNIX support provides a variety of schedules to support the business needs. Off-hours pager duty or on-site support may sometimes be required for trouble-shooting problems or projects related activities, as well as weekend and evening work.
Integration: Support the integration and implementation of Unix systems and applications; coordinate tests of new hardware and software. Operational support for same.
Installation: Install and configure Sun Solaris systems; assist business users and Unix Engineers with the setup and installation of their applications and tests within the Unix environment.
Other: Varied other responsibilities will be required.
 
Qualifications
 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Five years of system administration experience in a UNIX
production business environment with substantial knowledge of the UNIX operating system, and Sun Solaris 2.6 and Solaris 8 experience on a variety
of Sun Hardware.
 
Proficient at performing system performance monitoring, and troubleshooting on Sun's SunFire and Enterprise servers: E250, E420R, E5500, E6500, Vl120, V280, V480, V4800, V4900, V6800 and V6900 Must have strong knowledge and experience with Veritas Volume Manager, Veritas NetBackup, Veritas File System (VxFS), Veritas Cluster Server (VCS), and Solstice On-Line Disk Suite. Must be able to perform complex tasks using these tools and be proficient at problem resolution and troubleshooting issues related to this software. This includes using Veritas Volume Manager command line commands to create, grow, and/or mirror new volumes and file systems. Must be able to perform this work in accordance with our standards
and demonstrate the knowledge and experience with Veritas and RAID devices to apply these standards.

 Must have working knowledge of server systems that support multi-tier web enabled applications and be able to diagnose and trouble shoot problems that may occur on any of the components or at the interfaces between components.
 
Knowledge of SAN.
 
Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent tasks in a highly dynamic environment Proficiency working in an environment running 10BaseT and 100BaseT TCP/IP networks using LDAP, NIS+, or DNS name services.

Must be able to run UNIX commands from UNIX shells, and be able to operate in csh or ksh environment. The system administrator will be expected to be proficient in commands without having to consult manual pages for most general operations.

Candidate will be expected to review or write shell scripts and understand general shell scripting practices. Must have knowledge of programming or
writing shell scripts in languages such as Korn Shell, Bourne Shell, or Perl. Knowledge of compiled programming such as C is Desirable.

Ability to work independently and provide ongoing production support and project work, without immediate supervision. Strong customer service skills,
teaming skills, and the ability to collaborate within a cross functional team
 
 
POSITION 3 : WEB & APPLICATION SERVER ENGINEERING TOP
 
Web Server Engineer
 
Position Description : Participate as a team member in installation and support of solutions involving Web Server deployments within the Enterprise. Specific duties include:
 
Install and configure Apache and Sun One Web Server under Linux, Wintel, and Solaris for internal and external implementations, using HTTP and HTTPS configurations
Troubleshoot problems with web server software and configurations including fault isolation and root cause analysis;

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues as it pertains to the web server software and its connectivity to the Internet and internal application server instances;

Document operational processes and procedures to manage all aspects of the deployed web server based functions.
 
Qualifications:
 
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
Five to eight years experience in the following:
  Installation and configuration of web server configurations in large scale deployment environments;
 

Design, development, and deployment of supporting web server technology solutions for use in production and non-production environments;
Demonstrated ability to apply high quality and rigorous software engineering methods and techniques;
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal communication, both verbal and written, and negotiation skills.

POSITION 4: PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR TOP
 
Qualifications:
 
WebLogic version 8.x and above administration Oracle 9i and/or Sybase Familiarity in Solaris servers/veritas High availability solutions/SAN storage technologies, networks protocols/firewalls project management/co-ordination presentation/good documentation skills

The contractors will meet with the application development groups, gather the infrastructure requirements (type of servers, storage capacity needed, system availability requirements etc), select suitable technologies (WebLogic, Oracle, MQ etc), and hard ware (Sun Servers, WINTEL servers etc), prepare multiple deployment architecture options, present it for review, and then co-ordinate with Unix admin, WebLogic admin, DBAs etc to get these environments built, and prepare documentation during all these phases.  It is very important that these contractors have a very good understanding of these technologies since they will be advising the development groups in selecting one or more of these technologies/platforms
 
 
POSITION 5: SECURITY ARCHITECT TOP
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Works as the security and technical team lead on mid-size projects involving technical and security management design and analysis. On large projects, will work as an individual consultant under the direction of a principal consultant or project manager.
Work as a technical consultant to the project to provide Enterprise Architecture support.
Analyzes project requirements and develops security requirements appropriate for the risk level of the project and evaluate technical enterprise architecture.
Develops System Security Plan(s), Configuration Management, Risk Assessments, and Contingency Plans to support the Certification and Accreditation process required to obtain Authority to Operate.
Acts as an advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to executives and senior managers regarding information security topics and issues.
Works as an effective team member on integrated - Client project teams.
Mentors less senior team members in information security and enterprise architecture.
 
Supervision:

Works under the general administrative and technical direction of the Information Security Competency Lead. Should be capable of performing with little to no direct supervision. Receives day-to-day direction from the Project Manager at the client site, who also approves time off. However, when in the information security management lead role on a project, retains responsibility for technical decisions for how to approach change management solutions and for recommending resource requirements for this competency. Disputes over technical direction will be resolved through negotiations between the Competency Lead and the onsite Project Manager.
 
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
 
Required:
Proven track record in the successful design and execution of large-scale system security plans, configuration management plans, and contingency management plans.
Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to top management

Demonstrated ability to understand large and complex businesses and organizations

Ability to foster teamwork and work collaboratively in a cross-functional, cross-agency setting
In-depth knowledge of information security management and common security industry practices and standards
Degree in information security, management information systems or related field with minimum of ten years experience of which 7 years must be specialized.
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in MSWord and general familiarity with MSOffice programs

 
Desired:

Substantial experience in Information Technology field with working knowledge of technical architectures and standard IT tools and processes

A mix of commercial and federal government experience preferred

POSITION 6: TESTING CONFIGURATION MANAGER TOP
 
define and implement an integrated master testing plan for coordinated planning and management of testing activities, with a focus on interface testing.
perform pre-requisite activities to prepare for the testing processes, review interface documents, coordinate testing activities, creation of interface test scenarios, development of a testing environment, development of configuration management processes and various system testing strategies.

The contractor shall review and evaluate Interface Control Documents (ICD) from all affected Projects, to ensure technical accuracy and to provide suggestions for improvement and identification of any inconsistencies.
support to the development of a Master Test Plan for all testing activities.
coordination of all testing processes, activities, and scheduling.
create appropriate testing scenarios to ensure that requirements have been met among the processes.
support the development and coordination of an environment for testing, with a full configuration management process, version controls, release management, and regression testing capability.
 
 
POSITION 7: Position: Federation Management Support - Authentication (Federal Government sector) TOP
 
Tasks include:
 
Support authentication federation management to include administrative activities, user group meetings, and the following:
 
Proactively work with relationship managers to maintain contact and various status and reporting information, to include project schedules, for each of the agency application and credential service projects

Conduct research, performs analysis, develop written analysis and deliver findings as requested

Support relationship managers with coordination and preparation of meeting space, agendas, invitations, confirmations, hand-outs, and supporting documentation

Assist relationship managers in the capture, tracking and resolution of action items and issues

Capture, edit and publish meeting minutes as requested
Coordinate with relationship managers to schedule off-site facilities for meetings, conferences, workshops, etc.
Works closely with contractors and other government employees
Other duties as assigned

POSITION 8: Position: Agency Relationship Manager - Authentication (Federal Government sector) TOP
 
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
 
Assists in managing and growing the portfolio of agency applications using authentication and managing their authentication needs
Proactively works with executive and management levels within Federal agencies to identify target applications, application owners and decision makers
Effectively presents business cases and value propositions - creating buy-in and negotiating agency agreements
Works with agencies to understand their online applications, processes, operational environment, and usage profile

Interfaces with operations, credential, policy and technology management teams to ensure that the credential, policy and technical needs of target agency applications are in place

Demonstrates knowledge of authentication policy and guidance and authentication assurance levels as they relate to credential service providers and agency application owners
Ensures service needs of customers are met by handling requests directly and/or referring to appropriate service channels

Understanding of authentication and its value proposition to effectively promote, explain, justify and provide services to client agencies

POSITION 9: DATA MODELER/ARCHITECT

Must have excellent working knowledge of data warehousing architectures, ETL tools (Informatica), CASE/ERD toolkits (ERWin), and Business Intelligence tools (Business Objects).
